We provide educational content, training records, and certificates where applicable. We do not guarantee specific safety outcomes; training supports, but does not replace, your organization’s policies and compliance obligations.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or applicable laws.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, or harmful use of the platform.
• No reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or bypassing technical controls.
• Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once a course is accessed, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

All content is owned by GalaxyNest Fire Safety or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for your personal or organizational training use.

7. Certificates

Where indicated, certificates are issued upon meeting assessment requirements. We do not imply endorsement by any third party unless explicitly stated.

Training is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalaxyNest Fire Safety will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid for the specific course(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the services at any time; relevant sections survive termination.
